Dear Friends & Family,

This is my 3rd trip to Africa and this year alone, I have been in Africa for 9 months. I arrived in January and spent 4 months in Kenya, 2 months in Uganda, I am now back in Tanzania.

A large part of my ministry in Africa is helping impoverished families. What poverty has done to the people of Africa is incredibly heartbreaking. Parents will cheat, manipulate and steal just to feed their children. I know this personally as I have been scammed, manipulated and stolen from.

Poverty and hunger will make people do crazy things!

The truth about being a missionary in Africa is shocking and a burden that can overwhelm you in body, soul, and spirit. It can take every bit of energy out of you, as the needs are consistent and insurmountable. This is truly a burden that “only the Lord can defeat”. For the last 6 years, I have been preaching in churches and ministering to God’s leaders in Africa. Many leaders have gone astray from the teachings of Jesus. This grieves the heart of God tremendously, as the needs of the people are immense, and He has promised there would be "no lack" among those that believe, trust and follow Him.
